Resident unit managers join Onsite Property via an annual low cost subscription which allows them:

1. Use and access to a number of tools, paid subscriptions and internet portals (to over 20 various internet portals including realestate.com.au and domain.com.au).

2. A dedicated salesperson to service the complex or building from Onsite Property, who is provided sale referrals as they arise by the Resident Unit Manager. This Onsite Property salesperson will conduct strategic investor marketing for any properties they are referred, aiming to provide first class outcomes for the vendor. Sales are conducted with the least possible disruption to tenants, protecting the Resident Unit Managers rent roll by  marketing the property to property investors, who are buying through Onsite Property generally because of the fact that properties with On Site Management are promoted. The Resident Unit Manager receives a service fee for each referral given on settlement.


Dedicated sales support, marketing strategies and strategic investor marketing from our team for Resident Unit Managers wishing to conduct their own sales within their building or complex. Managers are paid a commission split with Onsite Property.
