Onsite management means maintenance is just a phone call away and can normally be attended to instantly 7 days a week 365 days a year, no waiting home all day for sometimes unreliable tradesman that are late or may never come, our maintenance man is on site 7 days a week.
Being in a hotel this unit is not suitable for party people or people that have lots of visitors regularly, there are strict noise rules and some limitations on visitors after dark in order not to disturb the other hotel guests apply.
